How It Works

Step 2: We file the appropriate documents with the state to designate EezyCorp as your registered agent. If you are changing from another agent, we handle the transfer paperwork.

Step 3: When documents arrive at our registered office, we scan and upload them to your dashboard within the same business day. You receive an email and in-app notification immediately.

Step 4: Access all received documents from your EezyCorp dashboard at any time. Physical originals are forwarded to your designated business address via USPS.
